2.TOMATO PASTE/CHAMMANTHI

INGREDIENTS

TOMATO-1 

ONION-1/2 SLICED

GARLIC-1 CLOVE

GINGER-A SMALL PIECE

RED CHILLY POWDER-1/2 TEASPOON

SALT

PREPARATION

TAKE A VESSEL AND BOIL THE TOMATO.  WHEN IT IS COOKED, REMOVE FROM HEAT AND PEEL OFF ITS SKIN.  

PUT THE BOILED TOMATO, SLICED ONION, GARLIC, GINGER, RED CHILLY POWDER AND SALT IN A GRINDER AND GRIND WELL.

YOUR TOMATO PASTE IS READY

SERVE IT IN A DISH
