PREPARATION
SHALLOW FRY DRIED RED CHILLY AND SHALLOTS
GRIND COCONUT, SHALLOTS, GREEN CHILLY, TAMARIND, SALT AND GINGER
INTO A FINE SMOOTH PASTE
ADD COCONUT OIL AND CURRY LEAVES
