CHAPPATI

CHAPPATI


ingredients

wheat flour/atta- 1 cup

salt- 
water

preparation

take wheat flour in a vessel

boil water and add salt into it

slowly add this to wheat flour 
mix it to form a soft dough
knead it until smooth

make it into equal balls
roll it in a presser or using roller

use flour not to avoid sticking

heat a pan

first fry one side for 1 minute
then turn it

allow the other side to get cooked

when cooked turn that side
remove when it rises
