SIMPLE BANANA CUTLET/ ETHAPAZHAM CUTLET

INGREDIENTS

BANANA- 1/2 CUP

GRATED COCONUT- 1/2 CUP
CARDAMOM POWDER - 1/2 TEASPOON

BREAD CRUMBS- 2 CUP
GHEE- 1/4 CUP

PREPARATION

CUT THE BANANA AND COOK IT WELL BY STEAMING
TAKE IT WITHOUT WATER
CRUMBLE IT WELL

ADD GRATED COCONUT AND POWDERED CARDAMOM TO BANANA

ROLL IT INTO 12 EQUAL BALLS.  PRESS IT INTO CUTLET SHAPE

SPREAD THE BREAD CRUMBS IN A PLATE AND ROLL EACH CUTLET IN IT

IN A HOT PAN POUR GHEE AND FRY BOTH SIDES TILL GOLDEN BROWN
