oil- 3 tablespoons

gram - 1 tablespoon
curry
leaves- 1 sprig

preparation
cook
banana blossom with red chilly and turmeric powder and salt.
crush
coconut, shallot , green chillies, 1 dried red chilly, ginger, garlic
heat
oil. add mustard, dried red chillies, blackgram and curry leaves.
add the crushed mixture and fry for 1 minute.
add
the cooked banana blossom
